- Development of the entire process of managing the claim, from the support phases in the report to the claim settlement, covering all the intermediate phases (insurance assessors and adjusters interface)
- Preparation of periodic reports and statistics, in order to determine the progress of the insurance policies and to make any corrective actions and/or improvements
